Our mission is to make Georgia’s market healthier.
What is NecNut?
NecNut is a hazelnut paste sweetened with honey, made from just two ingredients: Georgian hazelnuts and Georgian honey. It is made from hazelnuts, not peanuts, so it is not peanut butter. We grind the hazelnuts into a smooth paste and mix them with natural honey, which is the only source of its sweetness. There is no palm oil, no refined sugar, no stabilisers and no preservatives. Because nothing is added to hold it together, a little natural oil can rise to the top of the jar — just stir it back in. Every 250 g jar is made in Georgia.
Spread it on toast or pancakes, stir it into oatmeal, Greek yogurt or a smoothie, or eat it with apple and banana slices. For now, NecNut is sold online only and delivered by courier in Tbilisi and Batumi. Please note that it contains hazelnuts, which are an allergen, and honey is not recommended for children under one year old.
